1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively provide shipping services within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. By focusing solely on the U.S. market, we can ensure faster transit times and a more dependable service for our local customers.

2. Shipping Costs & Payment Transparency

We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises.

  • Standard Shipping Rate: $15.00 flat rate for all orders. The shipping cost is clearly added to your order total at the checkout page. All payments, including shipping fees, are processed securely through PayPal. Once your transaction is completed on the PayPal platform, no further shipping charges will be applied.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Schedules

We strive to process every order with the utmost care and attention to detail:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – ET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This period involves quality inspection of your bag, secure packaging, and hand-off to the carrier.
  • Transit Time: 5–7 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the estimated duration for the carrier to transport the package to your final destination.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 Business Days from the time of order confirmation.

To maintain our high standards of service, we partner with the most reputable shipping carriers in the industry to handle your bag deliveries:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • FedEx
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • UniUni Depending on your specific location and the size of your order, we select the most efficient carrier to ensure your bag arrives in perfect condition.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking

We keep you informed every step of the way. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress 24/7.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If you notice a mistake in your address details, please notify our support team at support@carryzone.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages or cancel orders once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Issues with Delivery (Damaged or Missing Items)

If your bag arrives damaged during transit, or if your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
