At CarryZone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a bag may not be exactly what you expected. That is why we offer a transparent and straightforward refund and return process.
1. Refund Policy
Our refund process is designed to be fair and quick:
- Eligibility for Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@carryzone.shop.
2. Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bag under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 14days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that show signs of use, wear and tear, or are damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@carryzone.shop with your order number.
- We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Please pack the bag securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the bag arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs ($15.00) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a bag that is damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
6. Exchanges
We only replace bags if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@carryzone.shop and we will guide you through the process.
